Primary provider referred us over 2 years ago, and sent the referral 4 times. To date no one has ever called back after we followed up multiple times. The front desk apparently does not handle appointments, only the psychologists do; but we have never been able to get a call back to schedule anything. The staff we were actually able to speak with were unpleasant, untrained and couldn't provide any help whatsoever. Horrible experience and we were never even able to go into the building. Waste of time and effort dealing with this practice. If we could give 0 stars, that would be a more accurate rating.

I was told there is a 6 month waiting list to be seen. I joined the list, a year has gone by, no communication from them. I went with someone else and scheduled an appointment for a week away.Don't waste your time.

This place is a nightmare. They are always late, even for virtual appointments like 15 or more minutes. I had an endocrinologist who left, and she was really good. Trying to reach them is very hard. I have hypothyroidism. It has been almost 2 weeks since my last appointment, and I still have not gotten my medication for my hypothyroidism. I called last week to ask about my medication and they said they would leave her a note. I called again today as I am still waiting. I may just find another endocrinologist as this is ridiculous!Update: I have tried to reschedule my appointment but have heard nothing back. I never got the correct meds so I stopped taking them. I am getting a new endocrinologist as this is not ok.

Impossible to reach. The phone never gets answered. You can email them but it seems they only check it about once a month. The telehealth appointments are a nightmare. They send you the link multiple times but when you enter the link and wait for the doctor, he never arrives to the virtual room. But theyu2019ll call and email you saying you missed the appointment.Also Dr. Nwakike seemed to not have a full or modern understanding of ADHD symptoms, as he seemed completely unaware of some of the symptoms that have become recognized in the last few years.

Need to call because your provider had you waiting on hold on the phone 2 HOURS PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME?! Good luck. They donu2019t answer the phones EVER or return calls. I work in a medical clinic, I know how busy it can get, but this is ridiculous. I really like our doctor (Sherrie Lucero) but it seems like volume is more their game since insurance payouts are trash. Quality care isnu2019t important. I should not be waiting 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Worst part is, the appointments are for my child. Iu2019m so disappointed in this place and their staff. Do better. Will be looking for care for my child elsewhere. Thanks so much for wasting our time.
