Great experience! Very clean! Little to no wait time and that meant a lot when I felt horrible with the flu! Easy check in process from making an appointment on line to checking in with the receptionist at the front when I got there. However, walking are welcome. The staff was respectful and had good bedside manners. NP Scott was very thorough and listened closely to my lungs. He went over the mental check out loud with me so I could be a part of the process of determining what was going on. That made me feel so comfortable and very much a part of the process instead of just the patient under the microscope. I will be going back for sure!

Smooth, quick, easy check-in. Was seen within less then 10min of arriving at scheduled appointment time. Doctor was fast, approachable, friendly, informative, helpful and was willing to look into all possibilities for my diagnosis. She made me feel very comfortable discuss my issues with her and I felt confident she would find an answer and a treatment. I would absolutely use this office again in the future.

Front desk and person checking vitals were friendly enough and helpful, but the Dr was terrible. Had to return 2 weeks later cause symptoms havenu2019t cleared up. Dr wonu2019t spend more than 30 seconds in the room with you like heu2019s got somewhere else to be.nHighly recommend going somewhere else if you have the option.

Really satisfied with the service and care I received at FastMed on this visit. Although I could tell they were short staffed, having pulled staff members from another nearby location to come and assist at this location, I maybe waited 10 minutes before getting called back and was probably out of the office, on my way to pick up prescribed medications they wrote for me for an upper respiratory infection within 40 minutes. Really friendly staff and provider who also followed up with test results from a chest X-ray I was given within a couple hours, just to confirm I didn't have pneumonia. Overall, I was really impressed with how I was treated/cared for on my visit to FastMed Urgent Care and they have my business for any future health issues that arise and need immediate attention, without question! ud83dude42
