As an u201cextreme utilizeru201d of healthcare, and beyond a u201cfrequent flyeru201d of the OSU system, this is the absolute WORST OSU location I have ever visited and worst care I have ever received, to the point of being negligent.nnA) front desk staffngate-keeping care by refusing to let me be seen until I would pay a co-pay that was not due because Iu2019ve already met my out-of-pocket max and plan year is April to April because u201cheu2019d never heard of any of thatu201dnB) nursenhunt-and-peck typing with one finger on each handndid not know how to properly take a blood pressure (then argued with me that it was u201cnice and normalu201d when it was extremely elevated and abnormal for me, thus putting bad data into my chart)nC) a Nurse Practitionernonly checked me for flu (and not strep and covidu2014which I tested positive for later in the day at the OSU New Albany Advanced Urgent Care, for which I cannot say enough GOOD things)nthen prescribed me meds which I canu2019t take and are listed as allergies in MyChart. She didnu2019t tell me what she was prescribing, told me I didnu2019t need to wait for paperwork, I could just leave u201cbecause it was going to take her a while with the number of Rxs she was going to be sending overu201d, and sent me on my merry way. This is negligent at best, and a good thing I checked what they were before taking any of them, because I would have wound up hospitalized if I had.nnThis location used to be a stand-alone, independent urgent care, and I suspect OSU bought the crappy staff along with the building on which they slapped an OSU label.nnDo yourself a favor, drive an extra 10 minutes to the New Albany Advanced Urgent Care; this place is a joke.

This location feels very far from other Ohio State medical facilities. Staff write you off, barely examine you and the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. They were more concerned with being on their phone and watching something loud enough for the entire office to hear. There were also conversations happening with staff that felt unprofessional, especially given there was a lobby with a number of sick patients, including myself.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THE WORST!! The doctor told my daughter that she couldnu2019t go to school for the next 7 to 10 days, but didnu2019t write a school excuse for that amount of time. She was only given a one day excuse! Then when I send my daughter back because she needed a new excuse, because they only gave her one day, an uneducated nurse stepped in to say she was recently seen and didnu2019t need to be seen againu2026. Like follow ups appointments arenu2019t a thing. She needed to get rechecked and get a new excuseu2026 Why not offer to see her again? My child isnu2019t going to magically get getter in one day after being told to stay home for longer. The end of this story is THEY WOULDNu2019T SEE HER! If youu2019re going to give a recommendation to be out for 7 to 10 days, then the doctors excuse should say 7 to 10 days, if notu2026 Donu2019t make the recommendation or allow her to be seen again. I wonu2019t ever go here again. Avoid this place, let our experience be your recommendation.

Went in May had the most uncaring cnp. Barely examined me dismissed me and in my notes on MyChart stated I only wanted a Drs statement. Well here I am in need of physical therapy do to my arm and I have limited use of my arm that she dismissed. I will never go here again. Smelled like cigarettes in the back as well.

Had an appointment and I didn't have to wait very long. Receptionist was very nice and the Dr. was very quick and professional. In and out in around 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
