Received a dog bite, scheduled an appt online and was seen in 45 minutes from the bite, so easy. The front staff person greeted me with a smile and was friendly. Same with the doctor. Great experience! Hope I donu2019t urgent care services in the future but if so this location will be my choice for me and my family.

Walked in and greeted with a smile. Front desk came out and took my copay with no issue. I was called back less than 15 minutes after I checked in! I felt that I was important and that my concerns were valid!

I wasn't feeling very well and went to clinic without an appointment. Very easy process, no wait, and clean - including the bathroom.nnThe receptionist was adequate, providing information when asked. However, acknowledging patients when they walk in would make for a more welcoming experience, especially when one doesnu2019t feel well.nnRegarding the person who completes the H&P, they were very nice, making up for the lack luster experience by the front desk. Then there was Ben. Ben was a bright light, and funny, immediately making the atmosphere comfortable. Just a super nice, genuine person.nnMy critical feedback is I would have liked for hand hygiene to have been performed when walking into the room before assessing me. Also, per my chief complaint I was surprised that my lungs were not auscultated to ensure they were clear.nnDespite this, I will come back should I need urgent care assistance. Primarily because I was really pleased with the bedside manner of both the nurse and Ben.nnThank you.

My first visit was phenomenal. We interacted with all 3 team members yesterday at the Gallatin location. Check in was great, the front desk girl was kind and helpful. The male nurse was thorough, friendly and efficient. Ben Walker, PA was everything I wanted and needed while under the weather. Excellent care from start to finish. There was no rushing about, all questions were answered very well and the PA went above and beyond. Iu2019ve told my family that I will definitely be returning if my regular doctor canu2019t see me when/if I get sick again. 100 Stars!

Took my 12 year old for her volleyball physical and everyone was so nice and friendly!!!! I'll definitely return in the future! We were in and out within 30 minutes and we didn't have an appointment!
