I had an appointment here and I was very disappointed, disrespected and ashamed for myself even going to that establishment. My doctor is very nice there Ms. Abi. The receptionist girl SKYLA has no respect, she is loud and obnoxious and feels like she is still in high school, was shouting at me with her hands on her hips. I will not subject myself to be spoken like that. I have excellent insurance, actually very good. It does not matter if you have insurance or not she should have some respect and not shouting at patients the way she did. She needs to be educated and know her pay checks comes from the patients. Patient care is very important in health care and she definitely failed. I will miss my doctor Ms. Abi, but my family friends and I will not be ever returning there. I will not be disrespected for just asking a question. My appointment was also canceled when I got there, the other receptionist called her at the side, asked what happened, she gave her side came back out and stated my doctor had an emergency, never tried to reschedule or anything, this was all for just asking a question. Horrible customer service and buisness never prosper with people like that at the reception. Please educate her she makes us all look bad.

The receptionist or wanna be nurse up frontMelanie and her miss piggy friend with terrible lip fillers & pencil thin eyebrows seem to be very comfortable talking & laughing about patients right in the front waiting room, so rude & disrespectful:) they were sitting there laughing about how I smelt saying things like u201cthat smell is strongu201d and making comments about how I smelt like u201cweedu201d. Certainly hope this didnu2019t how yu2019all choose to run this type of establishment where women should feel comfortable & safe. She should be fired

I started my treatment for low testosterone about a month ago. I was nervous and scared to have a pallet inserted into my body, yes that needle was long!But Abigail has a tender touch and I never felt even a pinch!!!I waited to post this just in case there where other concerns but nope! Everything is going great.I can't believe how pain-free this experience was. Definitely recommend her for this procedure.

Finally transferring OBs after years of dealing with rude front desk people. Told myself that it was the Drs that mattered mostly and they do, but youu2019re mainly dealing with their office staff and they are horrible. After maybe a decade of being seen here Iu2019m finally going elsewhere.
