Heidi White is so attentive and always kindly listens to what I need help with. She is knowledgeable, has good bed side manor, and is easy to talk to. The other staff are also very kind and always have a smile on their face. Normally, I am afraid of going to the Dr. but this place helps me feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

I only went to Farley Family Practice twice but it was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. They are unresponsive and do not seem to care about their patients.nnI had called them twice over a two week timeframe with concerns about an existing medical issue as well as a side effect/negative reaction to medication I was prescribed and I was not called back either time.nnThis is a dangerous practice and I decided to stop taking the medicine they prescribed without medical consultation for fear that the side effect could cause irreparable harm. Moreover on my 3rd call back I also asked them to transfer records for them and I finally heard back (only about the record transfer, not about my other two health concerns) 3+ days later.nnI highly recommend going elsewhere.
