My first visit to this doctors office was outstanding , miss Jerry was very detailed and precise she was one of the best in taker official that I've seen in a while . She is very professional Dr. White absolutely Fabulous he took time to talk to me examined me and got to know what my history was I felt that he knew a lot about me before I left his office and he did it in a appropriate time because they are only allowed so much time in the room with each patient so I didn't feel neglected at all he did what he could that day, I will finish the rest next visit. I am looking forward to more Positive days with Dr. White and staff as my new physician, he is someone who cares.

Dr. Mark White has been my doctor for almost 20 years. He became my doctor when I had a stroke in 2001. He also was my late Mother's doctor. He is a very kind, knowledgable, noteworthy doctor. He had a gold in mind when he started his practice. Many have come and gone but Doctor White stayed loyal to his gold. His practice continues to grow. He is an awesome doctor.

If I could give negative points I would. This was the worst medical office I have been in, in a very long time. It was completely dirty and the front desk person. I believe someone said her name was carolyn.... If I had to name her I would say her name is Karen. First hand she was a very rude white lady. Her attitude was extremely nasty and she started yelling at my daughter and all my daughter was trying to do is give her back the paper work she gave my daughter because it had someone else's personal information on it. We asked to speak to the office manager and she tried she said the office manager was on a conferenece call... but the person who was suppose to be the office manager was not on a call. The person kept walking back and forth looking at us and ignoring us. Me and my daughter waited over an hour to be seen.. and we still was not seen and the office wanted to charge us $50 and put us as a cancel all because we wanted to see the office manager. The sad part is that it was our very first visit. At this point I am going to file a complaint with the medical board and have an investigation started because that office should not be that nasty. And extremely unprofessional.

I appreciate Dr. Patel for his best services.Customer service is very poor and very unprofessional. They never greed to the patients like how some of the practices make their patient feel welcomed. The main goal about patient care is to think about their wellness, promote illness and advocate in their vulnerable condition.I have worked in the doctor office and the hospital for many years but never had this bad experienced. I have done my blood work, chest X-ray multiple times and I was told that the results was missing from their system which is called HIPAA violation. I have heard from so many patients that this practice is just taking advantage of vulnerable patients. I would not recommend anyone to eatable the care from them. I know Dr. White is very nice but majority of his staffs do not have good nursing manner and quality. They are very disrespectful and not welcoming. Whatu2019s the point of having bilingual MAu2019s in the practice when they canu2019t even help their own community people who have language barriers? I feel like they need to learn more about the manner and basic communication skills, so patient will not feel wasted. Itu2019s not only about the pay checks, but providing quality of care to our patients. Communication is the key ud83dudd11 to success to eatable strong relationship with our patients.
