I wish I could give mo stars. But I had to push 1 to make a review. This place is horrible I wouldn't send my pet dog to this place. They rude the customer service is horrible. The girl at the front desk is a big baby. The so called gigantic head supervisor is rude called me Honey I told him that wasn't my name call by my name he told me to leave go up the street to the hospital. He said this Florida everybody call each this. Very frustrated about the way the went about things. All over a face shield that I wearing.. Everybody experience is different this was my experience I wish I would have read the reviews before I went.

I had to get authorization to have an X-ray and when I knew it had been faxed to them they claimed it wasn't entered into their system. When I explained that I had to know if I would be able to have my appointment I was told they would call me when they got the approval. That never happened. Phone communication is difficult if not impossible.The front desk lady 30 minutes after collecting my co pay threatened to not do the X-ray after all because even though they had the approval they didn't have my surgeon's orders. How was I to know I had to have the orders when I never needed it before? Just a lot of hostility and stress..

I don't recommend this place. Pay close attention to billing. The techs are great but the front desk staff really have no customer service skills. They act like you are bothering them. Also I was over billed on my flexible spending card and have been trying for weeks to get them to refund the money to my card. My card is suspended now and I can't access my funds. They tried to blame the insurance and billing company but the error is theirs. I have called and been on hold for over 30 minutes 3 times. Other times I am told they will fix it but now 3 weeks later it is still an issue because instead of a refund they charged the refund amount.

Is completely true about this facility, best things to do talk with your Dr. And ask them to get you somewhere else. It's about the insurance you have, if you ask to be transfer to and other facility LIKE Tampa Bay will make your life easy. The be treated like a pig with this PEOPLE they don't care for patients they only want the your cash. Open your mouth and let you voice talk.

I had been going to the gateway Pinellas Park location for three years. I had no insurance and had to pay my own way. The office staff was always courteous every time I went.My newer experiences in 2020 through 2021 have been awful. I have been there at least 4 times. Each time staff was nasty and uncooperative. Refused to do what my doctor told me to tell them even though he reads xrays for that very facility.Wound up When I asked to speak to a manager they refused. I wound up leaving in tears after begging for them to cooperate and help.When I told my Dr. & he had administrator call me I was told staff was unfamiliar with all policies. I asked if then perhaps they shouldn't refuse to do what dr. said (and or) they should be able to call someone to verify policy or look it up on the computer and she said no they shouldn't. How ridiculous. So they should just send you home for no reason only to waste your time coming back and spending more time in the facility especially now with covid?? I'm not sure if it's because I'm insured and they prefer people who have to pay on their own or if it's because of covid. Whatever it is each time I went back I tried to tell myself my next visit would be better but as far as the front desk it never was.It really is a shame because the techs there are wonderful. It should be also noted that I had told a tech about a problem I was having and he said it was easily remedied and that he would fix it. He went to the office and told me it was taken care of. When I was leaving an office person called to me and told me the tech had no right to interfere and it will not be resolved at the facility.Funny then it was a manager and that manager told me I must call . You know call the number that never answers. I told them I had tried that and they never answer. My answer.Oh well, too bad. Really?? Whatever the problem at that facility I don't appreciate it being taken out on me. I never took anything out on them. Even with the way they treated me.Sad how they have changed.
