They are all very quick to take you in the back and they are very friendly while doing it. I am always right in and right out. Best time to go is around a half hour to close time, they are quick and accurate every time. Thank you Convenient urgent care. My daughter gets sick a lot and they always cure her cold.ud83dude0a

The reception and support staff were wonderful, however the nurse I met with was dismissive and unprofessional.nnI am 30 weeks pregnant and came in complaining of severe nausea and vomiting - something that has recurred throught my pregnancy. She came into the room, told me that I had a stomach bug and just need to wait it out. When I asked if she could prescribe something to hold me over until I could see my OB, she checked her phone and said that l the only medication she could think of wasn't an option because of my stage of pregnancy. She was in and out in less than 5 minutes.nnThankfully I was able to follow up with my OB after hours and he referred me to the ER for evaluation. The doctor there immediately prescribed the same medication that the nurse at Convenient Urgent Care said was not an option. I told the doctor about my conversation with the nurse at urgent care, and she was surprised because the medication is a common one to prescribe during pregnancy. The doctor specifically told me that I could have avoided a hospital visit (and bill) if the nurse at urgent care had paid more attention and properly evaluated my situation.nnBecause of this, I will now be paying a $500+ ER bill for something that could have been remedied during my $60 urgent care visit.nnWhile other providers at this location may be good, I will not risk going back there in the future and encountering the same nurse.

Daughter went in tonight at 6:30 and the doctor working was horrible and incredibly rude. Daughter was in pain and tried explaining important details to the doctor and she cut her off and then later was asking questions my daughter had already explained. Didnu2019t clean the area before stabbing her with a needle. Daughter was bleeding like crazy and she just slapped a bandaid on and sent her on her way. Daughter heard her yelling at the receptionist because there were 2 more people out in the waiting room and she wanted to leave. Um lady, you arenu2019t closed yet. Horrible doctor. Would never see her again. She shouldnu2019t be a doctor if she doesnu2019t want to do the doctor things.

I went in 30 minutes to close last week, and the NP was NOT happy that there were people waiting. She was rude. Did not listen. Rushed me. I had to advocate for antibiotics because I knew my toe was infected (Iu2019m a PharmD) even though she said it wasnu2019t and they wouldnu2019t help. She did not clean the area and *literally* stabbed the ingrown toenail with an 18G needle TWICE. Pain was excruciating. You canu2019t tell me she didnu2019t know the second she saw my nail that I needed more expert care, but she proceeded to do this anyways and THEN say that I needed to see a podiatrist.nnThe podiatrist I saw the next day said that the antibiotics were absolutely necessary. They did a digital block to numb my toe and removed that edge of the nail. At no point is stabbing an ingrown toenail indicated. Stop doing this to patients.

Iu2019ve been going there for a long time and had great experiences up until tonight. Dealt with Kayla tonight and Iu2019ll never be back. I went in for trouble, breathing, dizziness, and lightheadedness. She wouldnu2019t even give me an exam because my blood pressure was high. If she was that concerned about my blood pressure wouldnu2019t you think she would prescribe me blood pressure medicines? Any other time Iu2019ve been in there with high blood pressure they would still at least examine me and give me a blood pressure medicine. Was a waste of time going in there tonight. And Iu2019ll never be back. Most of the time I would get Sandra. And she is absolutely wonderful. Sheu2019s the reason I kept going back there.
