If I could give 0 stars I would. The initial service was fine but the doctors won't give out anything to reduce pain in the ER for anything. I came in with a 2 inch deep laceration to my hand, got no pain meds while in the er and nothing for the pain via prescription. Just stitched me up and sent me on my way. It's been a week just got the stitches out and the wound completely reopened. Still nothing for the pain. I'd rather bleed out than ever go back to this hospital. Drive the extra 30 minutes to Manhattan and save yourself thousands of dollars and a lifetime of pain

Wish i could give a zero they are not letting me get up and walk to the bathroom i waited a half hour and had to call again. I was ready to pull my pants down and poop on the bed. Then i called to talk to the nurse it jad been over an hour so i called my primary care doctor and told them what happened and tjey called and finally a nurse came in and i got my meds. I have never been trwated so horribly.

Two days I've tried to get radiology hours for walk in xrays. Nothing on website , operator didn't know, got transferred to radiology and left call back number yesterday, no call back as of yet. Called again today and was on hold for 25 minutes with no answer until i finally gave up and hung up. Ridiculous!!!!

Just got off the phone with a lawyer representing the hospital they are suing me a little more than 90 days after being for medical debt they expected me to pay $2000 for being seen for 45 minutes with that time frame due to me not having insurance. They now are charging me OVER $1000 for interest that accrued from October 16- December 19th no payment plans were available. Oh also I would like you to know that the hospital is owned in Manhattan so I had to drive to Manhattan just to pick up the paper work

Well I had to come here day before thanksgiving to stay a couple of days due to a emergency. They didn't have my size of ostomy bag. But the nurses had to fix one up with what they had on hand. This I understand bag stoma is close to 4 inches. 102mm flange also 102mm. Special order size.n5 day stay until being transfered.nMy personal experience and from what I saw and heard.nVery professional and dedicatednAlong with great bed side manners. Grade I would give them A plus.nOnly advice is to remember people that have a ostomy all come in different sizes. Please stock a couple of boxes of each. For us special order sizes.nLike I said my opinionnA PLUS
