If I could give this office a 0, I would. My grandpa has been going here for years. Overtime he began wheezing and became bedridden. He goes to all of his checkups and never misses a single one. All he is ever prescribed is pain medication and inhalers. Just yesterday my grandpa wasnu2019t able to breathe. He was sent to the ER, they ran tests and found he had lung cancer. His kidney was failing and his left lung had collapsed. The ER had drained two and 1/2 liters of fluids from his lungs, the photo inserted is what was drained. All this time, the doctor said he is okay and that he just has bad asthma. My grandpau2019s most recent appointment was a couple weeks ago, and the doctor still u201cassuredu201d my grandpa that it was just his bad asthma. Now it is too late, my grandpa has stage 4 lung cancer and Doctor Pham Thanh Long has absolutely failed him.

When you call the doctor on off day for medical advice, the message tells you to page the doctor at a different number. He never calls back.

My husband and my 2 boys have been seen doctor fam for probably about 15 years now they love him for a doctor he keeps his And skills And education brushed up and always up-to-date He is very intelligent and has always made good and Choices diagnosis For my family this is a great clinic and he is a great guy We love seeing him and his staff!!

receptionist Is so bad, she always denies request of customer. I canu2019t refill my medicine at rite aid. I called for office and she talk nothing to do that, while she need to talk with doctor about that before answer fot customer. Her attitude is so bad, i donu2019t like this service.
