I went in for a potential fracture in my foot. I wasnu2019t told the doctor was virtual before my appointment and only realized when the nurse entered the room holding an ipad. The doctor assessed me by telling the nurse to tap my foot in various places and told me it probably was not a fracture. Feeling unsure about that, especially since it was a virtual assessment (again, which I wasnu2019t warned about), I went to a different urgent care the next morning who took x rays confirming a fracture.nnThree months after my visit, I began getting texts and calls about an outstanding balance. Both forms of contact seemed like scams to me, considering I had paid $20 day of my appointment. Apparently, not a scam. I owed $80 more for a virtual appointment in which I was diagnosed incorrectly.nnWhen I tried to get into contact with anyone from corporate to ask about the bull, I was directed to their online robot chat box, which could not answer my questions. I finally got contact information for the billing department, who told me they would u201clook into it and get back to meu201d. They never got back to me.nnGo to any other urgent care.

I strongly advise against visiting this clinic.nnI visited the clinic as a new patient to get tested for the flu. The simplest part was scheduling the appointment online for 10am. Surprisingly, the doctor wasnu2019t even present in the building. Instead, I had to communicate with her through an iPad. Three hours later, I received my test results. The front desk informed me that the doctor would send in a prescription for me. However, after 24 hours, I had to return to the clinic because the phone system was inoperable, preventing me from reaching anyone. Upon my return, I discovered that the doctor had neglected to send in my prescription and was advised that it would take a few hours to be ready.nnFour hours later, I still havenu2019t received any communication from them, and the doctor hasnu2019t sent in my prescription.nnI called and left a message 1.5 hours ago and no call back.nnUpdate: I had to return to the clinic for the third time to get them to send my prescription. The front desk lady called the doctor, and I was informed that it had been sent to the pharmacy. However, upon reaching the pharmacy, I discovered that it hadnu2019t been sent.nnItu2019s been 4 hours since the last update and they STILL havenu2019t sent my Rx in. They closed for the day without sending my rx in.nnu201cDoctoru201d Sharma and the clinic is neglectful, itu2019s borderline malpractice. I will never be back.

The visit was quick. Less than an hour. The doctor completed a full and detailed assessment and ran some tests. The staff were all attentive and professional. Great visit!

NOT A REAL, PHYSICAL URGENT CARE. Similar to other reviews I went in after suffering a wrist fracture and needed genuine, urgent care and an x-rayu2026 Only to be told after making it there that it was a virtual only location. I had to pay to Uber to a real urgent care (AFC) where they actually had doctors and nurses on site and were able to x-ray me, etc. This was a wildly frustrating experience at a time one I was obviously in pain and then caused me to do a lot of extra work money and jumbling around though more transportation, in literally the moments when that is the last thing I needed.

Incompetent workers and doctors. Sending me to get my heart checked at office that doesnu2019t even do EKG or ECG.nnTheir faxes never go through to doctoru2019s offices and I have to pick up hard copy in person afterwards to bring to doctors.
