Did not call in my requested early refill before a 4 day weekend (even though I advised them I was having heart palpitations). At the end of the next visit, without even having been asked, she advises me that she did not call in my refill, basically, to teach me a lesson in responsibility. So, in reality, she decided to put teaching me a lesson in responsibility above my actual health at the time. Is that not the opposite of what a physician (RN) supposed to do?

My children and I have been patients for at least 5yrs now, & have received nothing but the highest grade of service....you may have to wait a little to see her, but you can be guaranteed Donna will spend as much time with you as necessary, just like she did with the patient she saw before you. Couldn't recommend her more!
