My son was being denied transportation, by my local Department of Social Services, to a Medicaid covered day program. The worker from Genisis Project was amazing at encouraging DSS to reconsider their previous decision and to hire transportation for my son. I would not have gained access to the services my son needed were it not for Genesis Project. I can't brag enough about the excellent customer service I received. Thank you again, Tracey Luckadoo

ZERO STARS. They don't follow up or follow through on critical health care needs. I contacted this company on July 21st and as of August 12th (23 DAYS!) my family member has not gotten a follow up or the treatment they need. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE -- especially someone needing critical care!!!**IF you have experienced similar treatment, please leave your review here. Potential patients need to be aware of this upfront!!!

Don't waste your time with their drivethru Covid testing. They clearly take on much more than they can handle. It's now been 9 days since I was tested and I haven't heard a thing. When I called to inquire the lady said they were overwhelmed and at least a week behind. If you're that overwhelmed, STOP accepting so many tests at once and focus on clearing your backlog!!!P.S. They ask for your social security number on the form! Why? I left that part blank but it's just bizarre and suspicious.

ZERO STARS...DO NOT waste your time! This organization's drive-thru Covid testing set up in Union County, NC yielded no benefit to me, Joanne Public. Why the collection of personal insurance information? Is there reimbursement from the government that results in a payout to this organization? If you cannot provide the results in a timely manner (it's now beyond 72 hours), then just STOP! Apparently, this organization can't handle the volume and/or needs of the community. I still don't have results that I've needed for work. Luckily, I was able to get another test from my own employer... AND when I called for the last three days (after I screenshot the header of the forms I filled out)... I was told a call would be returned, I'd have the results; and when I received a call today, I was told someone called me by mistake. #getittogetherfam

Nothing but STRESS dealing with Earle Owens. Theyve got all my forms and FL2 soo messed up. Im nearing the Nov deadline and Alliance just told me he didnt turn my paperwork in. Mr Owens has had it for a week. If you value your sanity, find another place. Im reporting Mr Owens to the correct people. Maybe that will help future victims .Janice Huston
