I probably would have given a higher score, but the person at the X-ray lab reception I think was training someone and got distracted. When I said I'm here for an x-ray, she assumed that I was a walk-in, but I actually had an appointment. I don't know if having an appointment would require less paperwork for me to fill out or not. But I'm sure it makes a difference in some way. The x-ray technician was excellent. Very friendly. He got me in and out of the X-ray room all and about 15 minutes total.

By Far the worst experience Iu2019ve ever had at a doctoru2019s office. They do not respond to any messages. They donu2019t send results in a timely manner and it is impossible to get somebody on the phone and they donu2019t call you back. Terrible attitude u2026terrible office staff I do not recommend.nThe doctor said in his own words u201cdonu2019t bother calling here youu2019re better off, communicating with me through the portalu201dnI took that to heart and communicated through the portal which state u201c we will be back with you in two business days or lessu201d. Meanwhile, I did not Get my results back for a routine ultrasound for two weeks. And there was no response within two days it Was about a week. Just ridiculous and sad.

When you arrive for your appointment time, you never have to wait too long before seeing the doctor I can't speak about all the doctors there but I can speak about Saleha Sajid MD she's a Hematologist Doctor Very patient and caring. She explain things to you very thorough No matter the time she have to spend with you. Very trustworthy.

The hospital Emergency Room was extremely packed took from 6 pm to almost 10 to be seen everyone was nice. Just wish the staff wouldn't put the contagious patients next to those who are not. I hope what ever the lady who was beside me and my husband didn't have something major like covid so worse.some nurses where great while others need to learn how to be kind.
