Extremely rude place in general. The women in the front seem like they don't want to be there and do not make you feel welcome and make you feel like a burden just for being there. The nurses when they call you back are unfriendly and never tell you any of your readings and twice now I've got a snippy attitude for asking what my blood pressure and heart rate is. Then the Dr comes in he's rude as hell and acts like he doesn't want to help you. Even the person I was with asked me why is he such an asshole and why did he keep talking over you and not listening to what you say. Also multiple times I've walked to the bathroom past where they all sit and have heard them talking shit about there patients. Good luck getting medicine refilled. Medicine I've been taking for years for acid reflux but if your not seen for a couple months you have to make a new appointment so they can bill your insurance. Even though your the ones that diagnosed me I have to miss work and uproot my life and somebody else's cause I don't drive just to get some gerd medicine twice now I've gotten into yelling matches with the people over the counter about getting the Dr to send a refill. They always do cause my argument is solid but I'm sick of the struggle. Currently looking for a new Dr. I've been to many over my 40 years this is by far the worst experiences I've had on multiple times coming to this office.

Horrible place. The residents are useless. Iu2019ve been coming to this clinic for Years. I stopped during Covid because they made it all about Covid.Now it seems they like to put you on medication and then have you come back within a month and stop you cold turkey and put you on something that your insurance doesnu2019t cover.Getting referrals is a joke. Itu2019s been 3 1/2 months since my initial visit and Iu2019m still waiting for referrals to go to another doctor.The attending Physician, Dylan Mooney is horrible as well. Doesnu2019t Have a clue and just sends you to the ER.

I love this medical facility. Everyone works so hard to help the patients. The front office women are just amazing. They are the ones dealing with all of the patients; (healthy, sick, frustrated, etc); all with a smile on their face. Most of the Drs are great. I feel like I get the best of both worlds in terms of communication and care from the new and improved trained Dr's and the experience/knowledge of the faculty Dr's on staff. They are open to discuss new types of therapies and healing. They do not just say have a problem, take this pill. They confer with each other and can help me advocate for my health in ways my previous dr never would allow. I'm glad and lucky to have found them.

Absolute joke. I had one good doctor that listened and cared about what was going on and didn't blame issues on weight or being a woman. Unfortunately she graduated and now I see someone different every time I go. Constantly push the ozempic/wegovy drugs on you even if you have severe side effects and they don't listen at all. Save yourself some time and go anywhere else
