I was taken to the ER last night due to severe migraine and sinus pain. They took me back and administered some Toridol and Benadryl through my vein and told me they would give me an iv soon. They put me back out into the lobby with the open iv line with nothing connecting to it and we waited. It took them 4 hours before someone came back out and moved us to a different hallway that had constant cold air being pushed directly on top of me. They said they were waiting on an available room and I would be seen soon by the doctor. Another hour had passed and I began to loose my patience. My arm hurt from having an open iv in my arm and my pain in my head hurt worse. When I threatened to rip my iv out and leave to find another hospital suddenly a new nurse was available to give me an iv and get the doctor. This er is not the place to go for any emergency. A man was sitting out in the lobby for 3 hours with an open wound on the back of his head bleeding down his shirt. They had open beds but didnu2019t want to place any new patients in them. Please for anyone looking to go to an emergency room for medical help do NOT go to this one.

Their ad says their listening but I'm I ER LOBBY and was forced to call the hospital and be transferred to ER to speak to a nurse. I haven't seen a doctor or nurse for 3 hours and am sitting in the lobby with dozens of other patients waiting. I'm in pain and have requested pain management twice through other individuals such as X-ray techs and admissions. Finally I called ER from the lobby and told them I'm trying to be patient because they're busy but I'm hurting horribly. They said they'd contact the front desk but they still haven't checked on me. At least if you're in a room you have access to a bell to ask for assistance. Not so out here. I'm in a wheelchair can't stand or walk. And I don't understand the total disrespect and disregard for patients well being. No checking on conditions. No empathy for pain and suffering. Everyone is totally ignored as if they're hoping we'll just disappear. I'm going to request they discharge me because I can't get any worse treatment or any less help at home. God help the others that are suffering and being ignored. I've witnessed a woman who appears to also be in pain request medication and heard her say she also had received nothing since they admitted her and placed her in the lobby. So sad. Does anyone from the hospital even read these complaints. If their ER staff is any indicator I doubt it very much.

This is probably the worst emergency room in the country. Waiting for 8hr right now and still waiting to be seen. I came in at 12:34 and itu2019s currently 8:26am. This is not normal, thereu2019s alot of old people here and they look sooo sick. No one is helping them. And they donu2019t even look that busy. Iu2019ve been to busier hospitals and the wait was still not as long as this.

Was there on 04/26/25 for a scheduled surgery.Nice faculty and registration was great. However pre op on 2nd floor was a joke. Staff very unprofessional. Was sitting 4rooms away from nurses station. And staff talking loud berating supervisors and co workers. So loud youd of thought they were bedside with us. Ive been to a few hospitals in my 60 years. And never experienced anything like this. Definitely wouldnu2019t recommend.

Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go here. I will never come here again and most certainly will never bring my child back. They told her she needed a breathing treatment for her asthma. Then sat her in the lobby for another hour. When I asked about getting g her back as she still couldn't catch her breath well they said they didn't realize that's what she was waiting for even though the doctor had ordered it and then the nurse put us back in the lobby!!! The nurse I asked at the front was nice and got her right back for the treatment. Then we waited an hour to get discharged. Do not go here. Do not take your children
