All the staff were so nice and they tag teamed which was quick and easy! They worked great together, so in sync. Bella and Charley came in tested me, told me how long it would take for the results and told me how long my wait would be to see the dr. After being here over the years off and on it seems like all new faces. Very nice!

This office is registered with the VA to treat veterans under the mission care act but will not treat veterans. They need to do their due diligence and understand the programs they are signed up for. A veteran should not be getting turned away at the door because a doctoru2019s office doesnu2019t know what theyu2019ve signed up for. Absolutely inexcusable.

I was seen for a Covid, Flu, and Strep test. My medical assistant (Charity) and my provider (Martha) were excellent!! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care location solely based on the service and professionalism of these two medical professionals.

Staff was great but I am leaving 1 star because we have used them repeatedly over the years and their billing is horrendous. I got a huge bill last year dating back 4 years. I paid it off. It was the total of over 7 visits they never billed for. Now I get another huge bill dating back to 2020 saying I owe more when I was told the last time we were at $0 balance. We havenu2019t been there in over a year and I will never go back due to this.

I was there from 1pm - 2:40pm. The lobby was nasty especially the floors. Also the room I was in, in the back, was gross. The floors were nasty, dirty and covered with hair. I felt very uncomfortable. All the chairs in the lobby and in the back were ripped and torn. The staff were not friendly especially the front desk.nThat place needs a FULL makeover. I will seek another service the next time I need urgent care. I will not go back there.
