If I could rate it 0 I would. Donu2019t waste your time at the pediatric doctor . My daughter has been going here for 3 years. Each time weu2019ve came, the front desk staff are so RUDE!!! Over the phone, they rush you and will hang up on you mid sentence. If yall donu2019t want to work, give the job to someone who does. They are literally getting paid to be rude to parents whose children are sick or simply just getting their kid physicals . Georgia highlands y'all need to do better! 0/10 do not recommend at all!!!!!!

Donu2019t waste your time. Two days in the row go there and the first day she told me no availability and I should come tomorrow, come the second day at 9:00 am in the morning and she told me do you have appointment and I told her yesterday you told me no appointments and itu2019s only walk in she said no we do sometime appointment but we already fully booked , I drove one hour two days in the row with so much pain And I couldnu2019t see no doctor because the two customer service ladies in the front desk couldnu2019t explain correctly, worse customer service ever! If you sick you will probably die before you get in.

I don't know how many times someone has called me from here to switch to their services. Several times just this morning even after informing them I'm about to have a procedure done today. They hang up on me and call right back. Oh ya that's who I want to sign up with! SPAM callers!!!nThey've even called during the holidays, early in the morning, and late at night. One time I was admitted into the hospital and I informed them of it and asked them not to call again. They kept calling all day long! Why are they allowed to do this? Especially during open enrollment. It's like open season for spam. I'm on the national do not call list. Doesn't seem to count during this time of year. Aggravation for sure!
