Our visit was a very long wait - maybe around 2.5 hours- but it was also a full house of patients.nnOnce were called, things moved along very quickly but also the nurse and the doc allowed us time to ask questions. So while it went quickly in the back, it was not rushed.nnThe medical staff was very friendly. I would say aside from the long wait, it was a pleasant visit for an urgent care.nnI saw a lot of bad reviews here about the front staff. I would say they were overly friendly but they also were not rude to me.

Dr. Pena and his assistant Katie are wonderful. Katie is delightful and very caring! Dr. Pena is funny and takes time to listen to his patients! He is very good with my son who has a learning disability. Dr. Pena is kind, patient and very understanding with my son and my sonu2019s stubborn attitude.
