False advertising. We switched to Peach State for the main benefit of the YMCA voucher. It's not automatic, you have to apply separately and then they deny for nonsense reasons. They said even though my Son has had his well physical, it needs to be seen again and they want him to get the HPV vaccine at 9 years old. I'm not getting my 4th grader the HPV vaccine in order to be eligible to use the YMCA voucher.

I have my kids in this insurance for yo long. Firing the whole team including the CEO. The founder, They need to be sued for false advertising. Every since whoever changed them from wellcare to a worse insurance and the customer service and services. They are all lies you will not get anything they say, beside they might be paying the bill. I wouldn't know it goes to the Dr.nThen when you message them, they wait until you forgot, that you even message them. Then they contact you after months have went by.They swear they'll sent the information to exultation.nBut I can't tell, I have filled out all the paper work online, they was up to date on Dr visits and vaccination shot. Still no monthly benefits.nMy 2 oldest have grown out the program but I have been putting in complaints over 3 years.nCan't even get otc meds. Boys and Girls that's a nonYmca I been waiting on a paperwork, codes .nNever happened.nI filled out all assessments forms.nCouldn't get my youngest in girls scouts.nGo to the ymca another parent sign her child using the same insurance, I go home and try again. Oh we not given out vouchers. Wrong insurance. Or they pick who they wanna do right by. Assuming. Also with dental,my daughter need braces on her teeth they denied her so, we had to wait she had been complaining about her gums hurting and other complications, she smiles with her hand over her mouth and they denied her. Customers rude, don't know nothing. Need training also they say she wasn't complaining about her mouth, I was looking at the Dr. SummarynJust a mess

Provider services gives different answers every time you call with a question. The employees they assign to assist providers with contracts are non responsive. They don't respond to email, they don't answer calls, voicemail box is not set up. You get the run around from one overseas department to the next if you try to call provider service line.

It takes hours and hours to talk to someone and their first language is never English. It is an absolute nightmare to try to communicate with them. Trying to add my daughter to my insurance plan took MONTHS and hours upon hours of talking to them to achieve. I cried so many tears on the phone with them.

I have had coverage from this company for almost 3 years, the first two were without incident. When I renewed in Dec, the plan had changed slightly, and the premium was about the same. For some reason, I got locked out of my account, and everything went south from there. Since Dec, I have no access to my insurance, I have no way to view the Explanation of Benefits, which is delivered online to me, I cannot search for providers, I cannot search for care, I cannot check my deductible, the state of my account, or book care of any kind. I have called Ambetter about 8 times since, spoken with different agents each time. They have changed my email, reset my password, and still I do not have access. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, and have waited on the phone for up to 1h, just to be cut off the line without notice. I tried posting a case with the Better Business Bureau with no results. All I see is the premium being charged every month, but I cannot get care, except for the urgent care I usually use near where I live. No one has reached out to me, no one has followed up after any call, despite repeatedly asking for my contact info in case we get disconnected. This company offers no other means of communication than a single phone number, where no one can solve anything. If you are out there searching for health insurance, I would stay as far away from them as you would from a sinking ship.
