This was my first visit here and Iu2019m honestly bias to urgent care clinics. The facility was clean, the front desk staff was professional and knowledgeable. I went for testing and received my results within 2 days. They do not call if you have any negatives so I went there and they printed my results. The young man that drew my blood was great, Maaz thank you. And the rest of the team Nour, Amber, Michelle and Cynthia. To all my people out there itu2019s better to get tested than to get treatment. Great job guys!

I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. I didnu2019t have to wait long, and everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The providers were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Definitely recommend if you need quick and quality care!

I gave five points for the young lady that started the intake process that sat on the right side of the window, I took 1 point away by the end of the vital check in with the male Med Assit, I took 1 point away by the end of the experience with the practitioner I seenu2026it ended with her giving what I felt was a very insensitive recommendation to the problem that I was being seen for; I took one point should of been more for having to check the check out girl because I had a another question that she clearly didnu2019t want to get off her ass to get answered for me and the fact she wanted to press why i didnu2019t want to use the pharmacy across the street because itu2019s easier for them ud83dude21 you lucky for two points.poor professionalism. Oh and how dare I should have to witness cursing from the male MA in front of where patients are. As a member of the medical field in my lifetime, what is customer service and professionalism coming to if you donu2019t have it where you seek your medical care? That was one of the first things they taught us as when i entered the medical profession. Ijs least to to say this wonu2019t be a place I will use again

My daughter has been seen there twice and was misdiagnosed both times. Each time I caught what I thought she had immediately after. The second time I felt they said she had an ear infection (absolutely no symptoms of one) just to give her medicine and help out the pharmacy they send patients to across the street. I do not recommend being seen here unless you are looking for convenience, know for fact what it is, can guide the doctorsu2026and are not using the pharmacy across the street.

This was my first visit here. The front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I was a little nervous per usual however, the staff in the back were absolutely amazing, they calmed me down, even bought me water. The PA was extremely informative gave me some information that my, primary care has never given me and it really helped me a lot with management of diabetes. This will be my new urgent care.
