This urgent care was very friendly. To start off, the receptionists were very kind, as well as this urgent care was very clean. This one MA that was taking care of me was very funny and turned my bad day upside down. He told me he was the youngest at the urgent care, but yet I found him almost as professional as the doctors. I left very happy, and I would 100% recommend this urgent care and wish that young man a successful future.

This place was awesome. From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctor. It's very affordable *in my opinion* if your paying out of pocket, and they really try their best to work with you and accommodate your needs when paying out of pocket. I will absolutely be back when needed. I took my 5 year old and we were in and out very quickly. Only reason we had to wait was to see test results. Super convenient when you have a sick kid and other kids at home.

This is the only Urgent Care I go to. Also my family. Dr. Joyce is fantastic. Everyone at this location is so kind, caring, and it's amazing even when they're super busy how quick things move, and everyone is always spot on One of the things I've noticed is if you go to certain urgent cares in the downriver area, they guesstimate what is wrong with you and when you don't feel comfortable with it, and I guide my friends to come to this location every time they find out the first time exactly what's truly wrong I highly highly recommend this location The staff and everyone is fantastic. It was terrible .. a waste of my time and money.. the worst service.. I went in after work to have something looked at and was hoping to get something for my extreme pain I was experiencing .. a topical solution or something and got nothing .. I'll never go there again

I was seen at this Urgent Care on Christmas Eve. The. facility was clean and the staff were all kind, compassionate and very professional. I was treated in a very timely manner and I am very grateful for their care and help. Every person that I dealt with was great but I would like to especially thank Danielle, who goes by Dee Dee. As bad as I felt, she found a way to make me laugh. We saw kids there, on Christmas Eve, but the staff were so kind, some even dressed in Christmas pj's, which had to help make those kids more comfortable really touched me. As for the medical part, I believe that they were thorough and treated my condition aggressively enough for me to get relief by Christmas day, without overmedicating me. I would feel comfortable trusting them with people I love and I am very grateful to them.
