The Doctor and PA were very helpful and patient with my granddaughter. The medication prescribe works immediately and she is still doing good. When it was time for the second dose, she was feeling the pain returning. Once she got her medicine she got quick relief. Thank you for all you do for your patience. Before and after photos

Went in today for pain in my shoulder. The staff was pleasant from the front desk clerk, to the person that took me back, the Doctor, and even the Pharmacy. I have no complaints. Everyone tried to help me to the best of their ability. I appreciate the great service/care. ud83eudef6ud83cudffeud83dude4fud83cudffe 10/10 would recommend. P.s. I wasnu2019t there all day. They move pretty fast.

Staff was nice and it all moved fairly quickly for the amount of people in the lobby. My issue is with the actual exam and diagnosis. I explained my symptoms and she looked me over for no longer than 2 minutes. Told me she didnu2019t see anything and just prescribed some antibiotics for an u201cear infectionu201d (even though I told her it wasnu2019t the actual ear or inside the ear but the saliva gland area below it. Sent me on my way and I took my antibiotics as prescribed and didnu2019t mix with alcohol as I do not drink. Here I am almost a month later and the swelling and discomfort are still there. Feel like I just handed over money UP FRONT for them to do nothing for me. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but definitely felt like it was a very lazy approach at diagnosing or trying to find the issue. I get that Iu2019m only paying $200 but $200 for 5 minutes of your time is a lot for people that donu2019t have it like that.

Everyone is so pleasant from the receptionist all the way down to the doctors recommend this urgent care to everyone very pleasant. They treat everyone the same I really enjoy going there hate that you have to be sick to encounter good people like that.
