Absolutely great experience from stepping in all the way to stepping out. Was seen very quickly, all staff were very friendly, PA was kind, attentive, listened, and knew what she was talking about (I'm also in medical field). Pharmacy in building made it quick and easy to get my scripts. Not that i enjoy having to go to Urgent Care, but if i do, or anyone i know. Highly recommend this one!

Iu2019ve been here a couple times now. This is the best urgent care Iu2019ve ever been to. They were very thorough with my testing. And followed up with a response as soon as the results were in. All the staff, from the people who came and took my stats to the doctors and x-Ray tech I saw were super caring and compassionate and truly wanted to help me feel better and find out what was causing my symptoms. Most urgent cares Iu2019ve been to pale in comparison and wonu2019t go to the lengths this one did to help! Would recommend!

We've been here many times throughout the last 6 years or so, and we've consistently had great care. They don't rush you and listen to all your concerns, and talk through many options and suggestions. Every staff member was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this urgent care for any issue, small or large!

This is the BEST urgent care around. I have always had extremely positive experiences. The staff is kind and thoughtful, always puts their best foot forward. I feel cared about and taken care of when I go. Even the pharmacy is amazingu2026 I never wait, they are always well staffed and the staff is respectful. They have a true culture of caring for their patients. Thank you for taking such great care of me:)

Hands down this is the best Urgent Care I have been to. Myself as a patient t one time, and now my daughter. They are fast, efficient, and most importantly they are kind! From the front desk staff to the provider everyone is professional and has the bedside manner of a saint. I will forever use Get Well Urgent Care in Madison Heights for all our after hours needs!
