Staff are very nice. Not sure my needs were met 100% my first visit when I had pneumonia which is why I had to come back for more antibiotics and treatment. Shouldnu2019t have pneumonia for two months. They didnu2019t give me the correct antibiotics. They also didnu2019t follow up with me on my X-ray like they said they would. Overall I do like this place and the staff. They helped keep my one year old son occupied while I was getting an x-ray. My only issue with this place is the floors are always so dirty. Iu2019ve been here multiple times with family and each time the floor has been nasty. And itu2019s been right when they open up so there wasnu2019t many people to dirty the floors. These floors are not being swept or mopped daily and itu2019s gross. There shouldnu2019t be broken pieces of suckers on the floor two days in a row, long strands of hair all over the floor, sticky stuff on the chairs and other surfaces, leaves and dirt, dust bunnies all behind the patient chair and in the corners. Itu2019s disgusting. I clean for a living and this is DAYS if not a week worth of not getting cleaned. That is not acceptable. Giving 4 stars for the lacking in cleanliness.

Would definitely recommend this urgent care! The ease of scheduling, being seen in less than 5 minutes of checking in, the kindness and amazing bedside manner from the nurses, the attentiveness and compassion from the doctor who also took care of me effectively u2026 INCREDIBLE! I was in and out within 30 minutes. Urgent cares like this one are extremely rare.
