The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I thought of something that I needed to ask about the shots and it was 3 minutes before closing. The young lady was very professional and I apologized for calling right at closing. If I could give Get Well Clinic Atascocita zero stars, I would. Ever since Danielle Ebron left, the place has been a complete mess.nnI went in for an appointment and had to leave briefly due to a family emergency, which I explained to the young lady who was taking my vitals. She never followed up with meu2014Iu2019m assuming because she got busy with other patients. When I stepped out and went to the front desk, I was told that if I left, Iu2019d have to pay another co-pay, even though I hadnu2019t seen a doctor yet.nnI was gone for five minutes and came right back once I realized the emergency wasnu2019t urgent. I asked to speak with the office manager, who told me sheu2019d talk to me shortly. After patiently waiting, she finally called me to the backu2014just to hand me discharge papers and tell me they could no longer service me, all without even hearing my side of the situation.nnOnce I explained what had actually happened, she apologized for the way she and her staff treated me. Before leaving, I told her Iu2019d try to find another office, but if I couldnu2019t, Iu2019d call to schedule an appointment because I needed my medication. She agreed.nnFast forward to 04/17/2025u2014I got a call from the same office manager saying I could no longer schedule appointments and could only be seen as a WALK-IN due to two alleged u201cno call/no showsu201d on 04/16/24 and 05/15/24. The real issue? The front office staff failed to update my phone number after I had already provided it to them.nnThis entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. The lack of communication and accountability from the staff has made it hard for me to get the care I need.

Update from my previous review!!! (Iu2019m only allowed. 1 review)nnThis clinic has been my go to for phentermine and lipo b shots never had any issue with them! Today on the other hand I went in to try tirzepatide compound honestly I didnu2019t like that the syringes are pre-filled, but I wanted to jump on this trend! I was not told where to inject, how I should modify my diet, how much protein to intake. Iu2019ve done research, but still. All they did was take my weight, blood pressure and then I got an u201cok youu2019re injections are readyu201d pay up kinda thing. I feel like the employees/medical assistants should be more knowledgeable on medications etc. I asked what was it compounded with and they just said u201csome b vitaminu201dnnResponse from the owner 2 months agonThat is not how we operate, and this issue should have been reported to management so we could address it immediately. We hope Google assists you promptly and provides you with the medical attention you need since you felt this was the best way to get the help you needed. Have always been able to walkin to pickup lipo injections with no wait. This is the 2nd time I have had to wait to pickup injections Now have to scan a QR code and wait like an appointment. Very inconvenient if you need to just pickup injections and do not need an exam. Also am not a fan of the whole QR code thing.
