Fantastic care! Best urgent care I have ever been to. Every provider has been helpful including nurses and front desk staff. They are very thorough and can perform bloodwork and scans right away. Wait time is very reasonable and you can make an appointment online. If you need this service, they are the best and worth a drive from anywhere in Central Florida.

Would recommend this care facility to anyone. Corinne and Rachel were very attentive, sensitive to my needs and great listeners. I felt they had genuine concern for my well being and provided a high level of care. Rachel went above and beyond to advocate for me. I am very grateful for their compassion at this difficult time for me.

I have multiple issues with this place...so keep reading. I drove 2 hours away from my house to see someone here because my local GI doctors told me it would be 5 months before I could get an appointment. I hadn't been feeling well for a few weeks and thought this might be a good place to try because they are GI-focused. I went on a Saturday.Firstly, while waiting in the lobby, the TV was playing a murder-investigation show, with a graphic beheading. Not really the best choice of entertainment while your patients wait.Secondly, after giving a urine sample and being told to place the cup in the door, I opened the door to find multiple urine samples just sitting there, with PERSONAL information on the labels. I was the only patient there at the time of service, so that means those samples had been sitting there for some time, untested, with other patients' personal information seen by God knows who. I alerted a nurse who was surprised to hear it, but her and the doctor were the only people there besides the receptionist, so they HAD to have known. Incompetent.Additionally, they offer ZERO GI testing and no CT scans. Everything you ask for can only be handled at an outpatient facility. So I paid a $50 co-pay for a blood test and an IV and got nowhere. Useless.Thirdly, and MOST INSANE, was that the office staff STOLE my credit card information and made purchases at eateries down the street from their office. Their patient intake forms include a credit card authorization form. Not wanting to provide my debit information, I instead gave them the info to a credit card I never use because it's almost maxed out. Again, I NEVER USE THIS CARD. Lo and behold, a few days later, while I'm sitting 2 hours away from their office at my job, a transaction alert appears on that credit card for an order at a Cuban eatery in Orlando, 12 minutes from their office, for almost $40 worth of food. Looks like somebody wanted some breakfast before their shift! I immediately locked my card and contacted the restaurant. At about 6:00 p.m. that evening, another transaction appears at a local pizza place for almost $90 worth of pizza, 21 minutes away from their office. Somebody wanted dinner on the way home! That was declined, thankfully, but don't think I'm a fool who doesn't know who the culprit was. Something shady is happening in that facility, so keep an eye on your cards.This establishment should be ASHAMED. They're lucky I didn't file a lawsuit against them for stolen identity and FRAUD. And if you visited their office on 4/12/25, I hope the information that was on your urine cup was not photographed by other patients later that day.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Quick, efficient process. Elizabeth was very polite and nice. Marisa the provider was warm and engaging and answer all my questions. Vanessa was very welcoming, checked up on me several times to make sure I was comfortable. Great experience. I will definitely go back.

This place is amazing!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The whole staff from the front desk ladies, medical assistants Jennifer and Karina, as well as the providers all were amazing and they are so organized. I also want to give KUDOS to the person who decided to open up a GI urgent care. Brilliant!! Donu2019t hesitate if you have GI issues and need urgent service. Go to this place before you go to ER if you can. They provide all services, labs, imaging and even I.V therapy. They will even schedule you with a provider if procedures are needed.Thank you for your professionalism, caring and awesome service!!
