Arrived 15 minutes early for my online scheduled appointment. Still had to wait an hour for the procedure and it wasn't just me. The waiting room was packed, more people than chairs, people out the door. Unwell people forced to endure, standing for long periods of time. When I finally got my procedure, I was in and out in 10 minutes and the technician was great. They need to overhaul their scheduling process and humanize their waiting room. The non-technical part of this joint is run like a third world country. I still can't believe it. See for yourself if you dare.

Very professional, procedure was quick and easy. The technician who provided the service bone density was so kind and thoughtful and very pretty thank you and I appreciate all the staff members. Oh and while I was in line I witnessed one of your staff members a brunette give extra information to another patient giving her advice and help. That showed me that all of the staff members go above and beyond

Took in mother to do a CT scan. Appointment was at 930am and she was in buy 940. Tech was very efficient and knowledgeable. Smooth visit.nBut I recommend do the prep online first.And bring the doctors orders. Streamlines the visit significantly.

There was only one x ray tech available and she was just getting ready to go to lunch. The receptionist offered me an appointment time at 4:10 but said it would only be 45 min to wait. I elected to wait but it was an hour and 25 min wait. I asked the receptionist at one point and she said it hadnu2019t been 45 min, however I had a text from your business that was time stamped when I checked in. So the wait was really long, but the x-ray tech was professional and speedy.
