We were on vacation and one of our kids had ear pain late at night. It was very easy to book and appointment online and they had great availability. Once we arrived it was very clean and neat inside and they had already done the leg work on our insurance, from the info provided on the portal. They got us in early and were very friendly. I loved the conservative treatment approach, and the recommendations given. Would highly recommend!

I would recommend this urgent care. I didnu2019t wait long. My son was not feeling well so we brought him here and I was pleasantly surprised to find a really clean spacious waiting room. The front desk attendant was really sweet and welcoming. She gave my baby a little ball to play with while we waited. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Donu2019t hesitate to stop by if you need urgent care.

This was the best urgent care experience I have had. Check in was seamless, the MA was great and Melissa was excellent- she listened and formulated a plan to manage my asthma exacerbation while traveling. Great team! Highly recommend!

I went on a Friday afternoon, and it was unusually quiet. Check in was simple and straightforward and I immediately received a text welcoming me and providing a status. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes and saw the medical assistant. After providing the initial information and taking my vitals, it was about a five minute wait for the nurse practitioner. The doctor didnu2019t happen to be in but seeing a NP is fine. She was attentive and through and willing to discuss my sinus and ear problem. After our visit, she wrote out a treatment plan and forwarded the prescriptions to my regular pharmacy. She advised me that if things did not improve by the first part of the next week, I should fill the prescription and then touch base with her..nnOverall, it was a very good experience and they would certainly be on my shortlist if I had further Or another medical issue. I already had an appointment with an ENT but of course they couldnu2019t see me until next month. I felt relieved that there were no outward signs of a sinus or ear infection and nothing acutely wrong that could cause permanent ear damage. That was the exact reason why I visited, so they certainly met my expectations.

Pick your urgent care carefully. Although front was nice, back was not thorough. Had sore throat with bad cough, so I assumed strep. Told me they didn't think so, and the test was negative. Suffered 5 more days, didn't get better. Went to hospital and tested positive. I did feel rushed when I visited and possibly overpaid, but I didn't bother checking back. Verify your insurance. .
