Hey everyone!I started my first LLC with these people. They are highly proficient in what they do. They always were helpful and professional whenever i had questions. I ordered the expedited forms and it was done in a week! They drafted everything easily for me. I didnt have to hire a lawyer to draft my articles of organization; They got me my EIN and sent everything to the secretary of state, and IRS, which was a huge relief. It was very painless process. They also give you some templates for an operating agreement, and creating a business bank account. All of this is very useful. people on the phone were sweet and always tried to help me Thank you! Im so excited to finally have an LLC!

I am giving them one star because there is no way to give zero. This business is being used as a cut-out to hide the identity of a scam representing itself as UR Refund LLC The scam is robo-calling people with the promise of a small business refund for retaining employees during covid. At the very best, this entity did not screen their clients to ensure that they are not facilitating criminal schemes.IF you receive the scam call, go to the FTC website and to the AZ Attorney General website and fill out their forms demanding that they take civil and criminal action against everyone involved in this scam.

I've called this company over 30 times today to try and obtain some paperwork to form my LLC and to reset my password. However, they have not returned any of my phone calls. I've left over 5 voicemails... I've sent E-mails as well and I have got no answers to any questions. So, until they can prove that they pride themselves in exceptional client service this 1 star review will sit here for me based off my experience with them. I look forward to changing this 1 star review and getting the customer service they speak so highly of! Thanks.
