Disappointed that they didn't have x-ray capability though their Google info says they do. I was told that we could go to ER to evaluate lungs for possible pneumonia. Otherwise, the facility was clean, the staff and provider extremely efficient and helpful!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if they accept pediatric patients. They werenu2019t busy so we went in immediately. We thought we lucked out because there was no one waiting when we got there. 45 mins later we still hadnu2019t been seen. The nurse walks out to the front desk lady and tells her she doesnu2019t know how to take vitals on a baby. The front desk lady says they donu2019t have a scale for a baby so the only vitals she needs to take is a temperature. Clearly not set up to take babies, which they claimed they do. The front desk woman takes us back to the room and starts shooting my son forehead to try to take his temperature. 98.5 which was not even close to what his temperature actually was. The room was filthy, the chairs were covered in hair. I donu2019t know how this place is in business. Apache junction is a quick drive DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

This urgent care was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. It was fast and I felt listened to. Often I go to urgent care feeling like I wasted time and money but not here! I was treated and cared for as an individual not pushed through with a tired line and lecture about the use of antibiotics. I will be back if I should need care again.

Very unprofessional and rude. Came here on Monday for an ear infection that wasnu2019t hurting too bad and the nice NP gave me ear drops and told me to come back if I was not getting better so she could prescribe me oral antibiotics. A few days later my ear infection became so painful, I had a high fever and had started vomiting. I came back to this location to see the same NP and the rude front desk man told me they could not treat me, I tried to explain to him that the NP told me to come back for oral antibiotics if I got worse and he would not listen, only talked over me. He tried telling me that the establishment is only for a u201cquick fixu201d. I am a medical professional myself, I know what urgent care means, you donu2019t need to mansplain u201curgent careu201d to me, sir. I tried explaining to him my primary doctor is booked for the month. He still would not listen. I walked out frustrated and crying. If youu2019re sick please go to the urgent care that is in front of their building! They are so much nicer and very professional. They were shocked I was not prescribed oral antibiotics to begin with and that my infection had gotten much worse. They also told me they have a lot of people come to them because peralta urgent care is so bad. If you are not equipped to run a medical establishment then you shouldnu2019t be in the business of medicine at all.
