I was having a terrible time trying to breathe, I was having sharp pains in the center of my back, my left side was hurting and so was my chest. I hadnu2019t slept in 3 nights Something had to give so I asked my daughter to PLEASE ud83dude4fud83cudfff take me to the doctor, as you know you have to make an appointment but thank God there was Urgent Care!! Every time I have visited this urgent care clinic, I have received compassionate and knowledgeable care from nurses and from the nurse practitioners who have seen and treated me. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of care.

Customer service is so important in a business. The ladies at this clinic was just magnificent. I drove there today (12/24/22) because our Urgent Care in Camden, Ark turned me away because they closed at 12 for the Holiday, I arrived there at 10:46 the receptionist told me to call back at 11:30 to see if they could fit me in of course they couldnu2019t, told me to go to ER. Her concern was not to take care of the sick but to make sure they was leaving at 12. There was another lady who was also sent away today because she made it there right at 12. Thatu2019s truly bad business and I pray that I will never have to go back to Camden Urgent Care again I will gladly drive to Eldorado because of the care that I felt when I entered those doors! Good job ladies! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Online it states the El Dorado Urgent Care is open until 7 pm, they should change that to 6:30 because they won't see you if you get there at 6:30, they said they don't see patients after 6:30. They should see patients until 7:00 then lock the door, this is ridiculous, my son just needed swabbed for strep throat & flu & they wouldn't do it, they told us to come back in the morning. How is this place still open.In addition, they need family friendly on the TV, not adult themed shows.

This place is sad. I went with hope for help with my severely sore throat. I couldn't even drink a few ounces of water. I was told the doctor would send something in for my mucus. As you read this you may assume I am in the room after seeing a doctor or at least a nurse at this point. You would be wrong. I was in my vehicle given paperwork and I was told what I just wrote. I was given a diagnosis without ever seeing anyone about my issues. No one looked down my throat. I never even entered the building. I ask the lady outside if I could see someone. She replied, I'll go ask and I waited for a decision to be relayed to me outside. It never came until I got tired of waiting. I opened the door and went to place the non-filled out paperwork on her desk. I asked if the doctor was going to see me, and she said yes but I need you to fill that out before. I wonder. How long was she going to let me wait outside for the news about the doctor that decided to see me when the doctor didn't want to prior to that. I was waiting to fill out the paperwork on using that exact information on whether to stay or not. She was so rude that I didn't trust a place that is so rude and lazy with my health. The doctor may be great. I'll never know because the people you have representing you up front matters and it turned me away.
