I want to take a minute and say that I WORK in the senior living industry and was referred to this company Goal Star by another home care agency that could not staff my mom 24 hour a day coming out of rehab. Owner Rebecca stepped in and immediately worked with us within 48 hours in getting a team ready for my moms discharge to home. She is TOP NOTCH and runs a TOP NOTCH care business. Mom had a stroke and her needs are changing, and Rebecca stops by and is in contact with me by phone with any changes. Her team is made up of Maria, Audrey, Laidy, Habiba, Joanne, Lex, and Tee (and the subs like Destiny and Anna) have been a GOD send to my mother and to me. I live local and can be there daily to help - BUT knowing mom has such a great care team ensuring she is safe and well cared for let's me step away a little from her day to day supervision. I would recommend them 1st to anyone that is needing home care. We hope to continue with them as mom heals and prayerfully gains some of her Independence back, but they will be with us for the long haul for sure. Hope from 24 hours down to 12 hours or 8 in the future. thank you to Rebecca and her team. Professional and compassionate care.

I just spent 5 months working with Goldstar Homecare in tending to my 2 dear elderly friends. I want to say how flexible, reliable and accommodating they were throughout the duration. I always knew that they would listen and respectfully accommodate any wishes that we had. Caring and Loving! Rebecca and her staff helped me care for my dad long distance. Their care and communication helped him manage his health and personal care allowing him his independence while I was kept informed and guided in care decisions. My parents were in deep trouble on their own. They were planning on spending Christmas in Surprise, then fell Iu2019ll with COVID, my Mom fell and broke a vertebrae. Trying to find care for them while I was in Canada was difficult. Then I found Gold Star! Rebecca, Kathy, and the caregivers were amazing. They took care of everything. Taking my parents to get COVID tested, ensuring they made their flight, every detail was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them. Canu2019t believe my eyes ud83dudc40 with all the stress, worry, and danger of some of these caregivers they have hired. I am wondering if the background checks even exist at this point?? I will inform the BBB and the owner within due time.
