Staff welcome me in the office. They was very pleasant.The doctor, she took her time and explain everything that was going on with me. They are just like a family to me. And it wasn't a long wait. I've been going to them since they started there business. I will keep continue to go to them and my family as well.

The care I received from this clinic was great! However, the billing department is rated -3 for several reasons: 1). They filed my insurance with the wrong company even though the check- in personnel scanned my cards. 2) The billing department NEVER answers the phone. 3). The billing department NEVER returns telephone calls when a voicemail is left. Donu2019t expect ANY level of customer support from the Gold Star Urgent Care, good or bad, because it doesnu2019t exist.

Complete pricing transparency is lacking. I went to follow-up on an additional almost $750 unexpected surprise bill from the lab they use. There was no acknowledgement or response from this provider. This wasn't initially disclosed to me that the lab billing would be an extra cost outside of their charge for just drawing blood there. I also had to repeat the labs the following day for something they messed up with the blood draw (that's never happened with all the years of having blood drawn). If you want to maintain fairness & integrity, please ensure you are informing your future healthcare consumers of this.
