First time here , absolutely donu2019t bring your child here , after I waited for 2 hours to been seen plus other wait time to see in the exam room. Front office assistant really rude, when they walked us in to the room I realized is was really dirty sink looked they havenu2019t clean it in days and exam bed, not coming back here again not worth your wait. Only lady that was really polite was the lady taking vital signals..!

Good night Pediatrics is the only urgent care that my five-year-old is willing to go to, she has had quite a few ear infections where she wakes up in the middle of the night in serious pain. this location is almost an hour away from our home in gilbert. I don't mind the drive they are so good with children. The staff has always made us comfortable. you can tell they really care about the children and their health and happiness.nnThere was a time my daughter was having ear pain in the middle of the day, I went from urgent care to urgent care looking for relief for her ear. every single clinic told me there was no such thing as pain drops for ears! I felt so helpless, That night we went into the Good Night Ped's and they gave her a few drops in her ear and instant relief.nnThank God for Good Night Ped's

Tuesday evening I brought my 20mth old daughter here after I picked her up from daycare I noticed she was running fever and had blisters and sores spreading on her arms and legs. Dr Jackson came in to see her and misdiagnosed her with Scabies and even prescribed her with the scabies medication Which I used when i got home i started the treatment, the next following day i contacted the daycare to see if they had any reports of Scabies which they said NO & no one here at home had..So as a parent I had second thoughts about what was going on, so I kept an eye on her the next following day and Notice that it was spreading more on her back her face, Pretty much all over her body so I was unsure what was going on with my baby so I brought her to Banner Thunderbird hospital and they said no this is not scabies and to not use the medication that was prescribed to her any more. So they ran some testing and we are waiting on results to see whatu2019s really going on with my daughter. We have been admitted, It just bothers me that when your child is misdiagnosed and prescribed with a medication that should have not been put on her body. If they were unsure what it couldu2019ve been they shouldu2019ve sent us to the hospital. It started off something minor thatu2019s why I took her to good night pediatric. I donu2019t think I will bring my daughter back to this urgent care.

I want to say thank you to Dr. Jackson for the care and appropriate measure he went to in order to do what was right for my son. I went feeling it was another standard visit that would end up being a waste of time. Dr. Jackson knew it was late and the easy answer would be to brush it off as something simple but because something didnu2019t feel right, he referred us to explore it further and had it not been for that decision; I donu2019t want to imagine what have happened. Thank you Dr. Jackson for being so thorough and really making sure youu2019re exploring all potential root causes for the health and well being of all the children that you treat. I may have not been thankful in the moment for not seeing how serious the situation was but Iu2019m forever grateful that you had the intuition and assertiveness to get my son the help he really needed when he needed it most. Youu2019ve restored my faith in late night urgent care practices and more importantly, got my son back at home ready to recover and comeback stronger. Thank you ud83dude4fud83cudffd!

Our wait was long; 2 hours. However itu2019s RSV season so a good amount of children were coming in. Overall care was very excellent. I would definitely go back if anything. Dr. Jackson (In the Avondale location) diagnosed my daughteru2019s condition very quickly. Whereas in the emergency room I had to wait 8 hours only for them to suction out her nose. Iu2019ve been going doctor to doctor, all would tell me the same thing. Dr. Jackson knew right away and sent me home with the right prescription ! Bless him! Thank you guys!
