Usually my experiences here are awful but last night was a different story. I forget the names of everyone who had helped me I was a little loopy but I remember nurse Asia being great as well as my surgeon and her team. The girl who did my ultrasound was so polite and this visit was just so much better than any experience in the past they seriously did an amazing job making me feel heard and offering condolences for the situation. They deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond during my visit.

Had to visit the emergency room 4-12-2025 was treated by DR Prasai. I was admitted to the hospital for 3 days and DR. Prasai and nurse Katie were amazing. I have had stomache issues for years and was finally diagnosed correctly. These two professionals went above & beyond their jobs and would highly recommend this hospital.

if i could give 0 stars i would, goshen hospital used to be my go to. they were great but after what happened with my last visit i will not be returning to this hospital. i sat in the waiting room unable to breathe for over 2 hours. the nurse i had never gave me a call button so i had no way to notify anyone that i was bleeding into my IV line for almost 2 hours. i was there for 7 hours in those 7 hours she only came to check on me twice but every time my boyfriend looked out the door she was sitting at the nurses station eating, i understand nurses arenu2019t perfect but i should NOT have to ask the X-ray tech to go get her bc she left the IV port in my arm for almost 2 hour unattached to anything to the point where it was burning in my arm, then when she did finally come back and i informed her what was happening and asked if she could take it out bc it was really starting to hurt she said no then yanked and pushed on it so hard it blew the vein and she STILL didnu2019t take it out, itu2019s been 2 days and i still cannot move my arm.. also there was so much blood in the guest chair my boyfriend either had to stand or sit in the bed with me. long story short i will never be returning to this hospital solely based on the fact that they gave me no way to communicate with anyone outisde of my room unless i sent someone to track them down and tell them i needed help, and the unsanitary conditions of this so called u201chospitalu201d that should NEVER happen every single other hospital visit iu2019ve had that call button is the very FIRST thing they give you and there isnu2019t dried up blood in the crevices of the furniture

I experienced a near death complication and was in the hospital ICU and PCU for 3 weeks. Every single nurse I had during my time was absolutely outstanding. Even when I was at my lowest, the nurses worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. They made so many accommodations which really helped make those three weeks bearable. Thank you for such amazing care!

I just spent a total of 6 days in here and my compliments to the entire staff of doctors and nurses and aides and the nutrition services and housekeeping . Everyone was incredibly nice and took care of me very well ! I was on the 2d floor . Especially thankyou to nurse Zac for 3 of those days ! Thankyou for everyone else too for your place in saving this old 54 year old stubborn diabetic from something that could've been life - ending in a matter of a few days ! Thankyou all so very much !!! I will keep you all in my thoughts .
