This was one of the worst experiences Iu2019ve ever had at a medical facility. The receptionist was shockingly rude. She was snippy with some people, outright nasty to others. In the 45 minutes I was in the waiting room, I watched two patients walk out in frustration.One mother, who had been told to bring her daughter in for a lab referral, simply asked for some privacy when discussing her childu2019s condition. Instead of showing basic human decency, the receptionist loudly shamed her. The daughter left in tears, and only after she was gone did it come out that she had been attacked earlier that week and needed urgent testing. The receptionist showed zero empathy and carried on like nothing happened. It was disgusting to witness.Once we were finally called back, things didnu2019t improveu2014at least not at first. The first nurse, a larger woman, was cold, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience. She didnu2019t say a single word beyond one-word answers when I asked questions about my sick childu2019s care. She barely acknowledged my son, let alone showed any warmth or kindness. Fortunately, the second nurse, a shorter, more petite woman, was much kinder. She had a warm, caring demeanor and treated my son with actual compassion, something sorely lacking up until that point.The doctor was also decent. He seemed to have a good bedside manner and actually took the time to listen and explain things. If it werenu2019t for him and the second nurse, this review would be even worse. However, the overall experience was still unacceptable.Patients come into urgent care feeling sick, vulnerable, and in need of help. Instead, they are met with hostility and indifference from the front desk and certain medical staff.I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about being treated with basic respect, go somewhere else.

The most amazing staff! Iu2019ve never waited more than 10 minutes, and their staff is amazing from reception to medical staff all do an outstanding job. Iu2019ve always felt taken care off and relief after being seen by them.

I walked in at my appointment time and stood five feet in front the man working the counter for ten minutes and was ignored. I was alone in the waiting room. I sat down. Ten minutes later, another woman walked in and went right up to the counter, and he waited on her. There should be a sign letting patients know that you wonu2019t be asked if he can help you unless you are within six inches.

I was traveling through this area and had an infected cut on my finger. I went to this clinic and saw Physician Robert Thole, M.D. the doctor took care of the wound and gave me great instructions on how to clean and care for it. He was fantastic in the entire experience took just over an hour!

Staff was fine, long wait time even with appointment, the real issue was when I was heavily encouraged to get x-rays, told the price would be one amount without insurance, and then received a bill for 5x the amount quoted after, and told The cost is not final until after services are complete, and can vary from estimate provided which I could understand for even up to 2x the cost, but 5x? Ridiculous. I would not trust a quoted price from here after this.
