I'm sorry I'll never come back here again went 2 weeks ago still haven't received any information no prescription for my pain no help for what I came for called back five times after and still to this day no one is responding to me all I say is I'll contact your provider this place does not care for any patients

This place is super slow do not waste your time at this office and the work are so nonchalant and passive they stay working on this building I think the have one doctor on duty how slow they move service is unacceptable I guess cause itu2019s I. The hood they gone give you hood service at its best Iu2019m about to switch my doctor back to Myers park I hate it here

This place is newly remodeled but the service is extremely slow. Had a 12:30pm appointment was still waiting to be seen at 1:39pm. There were NO other patients in the building. I will never return to this location ever again!

I went to Grace Medical as a new patient and when I arrived they didn't have me on the schedule as I was told to arrive 15 minutes earlier. Initially I was bothered by this however, They were able to see me after having numerous cancellations from other patients. The staff were all friendly and welcoming...I love great customer service. So far so good....nn06/06/2017nIf you can help it, go to a different doctor or clinic. My Doctor Eden is amazing however her staff lacks professionalism. Yolanda is great also.

This medical center had steadily declined. The ladies at the front desk barely know what is even going on. I had to BEG to have them send off important pw for my little son to have an important procedure done. Up until this hour I still have not received a call back. Tina was the only one willing to help. You stay on hold for 25 plus minutes just for them to come on the phone not knowing what is going on like oh hold onud83eudd26 Dr Tokunbah if you gonna have all ladies running your facilities altleast make sure they can do the job!
