She was able to quickly and accurately identify the issue, and she explained everything to me in a clear and concise way. Showed up an hour early for a 1:30 appt due to my other appt being done early. No worries. The waiting room had no one, and it was clear not many other patients were there. They call me to the desk, tell me the provider is only doing appts at their reserved time, and not sooner. Ok fine. Doesnu2019t make sense but ok. They also require a card on file. Told them Iu2019ll pay my copay but donu2019t consent to a card on file. They canu2019t see me without this. So I took my card and left. Many things about this donu2019t make sense. Iu2019m a clinical supervisor at a different urgent care and we would always see patients if they refused the CCOF and if someone came early, and we had no patients, we just brought them back. The reason Iu2019m not being seen at my place is due to the nature of my visit but Iu2019ll just do it virtually through my place instead.

The ease to preschedule our visit to be seen. The friendliness of the front desk staff. The thoroughness of the MA. The familiarity of the PA Martin Kelly who I had worked with at one time when I worked per diem with HH E.R. It was a very pleasant surprise to have him as my provider at the clinic! I have always respected him and admired his care for his patients. Glad I was able to experience it first hand!
