I would have given this place zero stars, but I had to give at least one to leave a review. I visited this facility on Monday because, as an asthmatic, I was experiencing shortness of breath and wheezing despite using my asthma medications. I also informed them about this upfront. I had developed post-nasal drip on Saturday and took a COVID test, which came back negative.Long story short, I provided Ashton, the receptionist, with my ID and insurance. She verified it and informed me that I hadnu2019t met my deductible, which I was already aware of and acknowledged. She then asked how I intended to pay, and I handed her my CareCredit card. She manually entered the information, but the transaction declined twice. I asked if they had a card reader, thinking there might be an error with manual entry. After the third decline, I asked if I paid cash, would I be able to receive a credit from CareCredit later. She said no.I left to contact CareCredit, who informed me that Stuttgart Urgent Care doesnu2019t accept CareCredit. I went back inside and asked Ashton why she didn't just tell me this from the beginning. She then told me to leave because I was being rude. How do you tell a sick person to leave a doctoru2019s office over a personal issue?I had to drive to Little Rock to be seen. We all have bad days, but when you work in healthcare, it doesnu2019t matter if youu2019re the valet or the doctoru2014patients need compassion and empathy. This world is lacking love, compassion, empathy, care, and consideration more and more every day.

Took my GF here for severe back pain, she was told after they looked at her she should just go to the ER instead because they canu2019t help her. Now I owe the ER money AND them who didnu2019t help her at all, and theyu2019re harassing me over their bill while itu2019s barely been a month since then. I never would have agreed to the up front fees they have IF THEY CANT EVEN HELP YOU ud83eudd26ud83cudffcu200du2642ufe0f paid to get told to go somewhere else. Make it make sense.

Fast and convenient! The staff is great and Iu2019m always in and out within 30 mins. Iu2019ve never been to this clinic and had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Definitely recommend for someone that doesnu2019t have hours to waste at the Medical Clinic.

First trip was fine. Second trip, the office manager Leslie was rude and smug over a bill that was already paid, the nurse practitioner Katie gave me expired samples and didn't even know the medicine she gave me. She claimed it was an inhaled steroid but was actually non steroidal. When I called back the next morning asking why I was given 3 month expired meds, I was told we have lots of expired stuff and give them out as samples and use them in the clinic. .
