This place was AMAZING! My 4 year old was treated remarkably and everyone was SO nice. They did so well with him and he was comfortable even with an illness. He got stickers, to touch everything that he could, they involved him in his care and it was fantastic. Definitely will be going back if we need to! Recommend a thousand times. We even were a walk-in almost at closing time on a holiday and they didnu2019t treat us any different and we were not rushed at all! I was so impressed and you can tell they really care! Thank you to everyone that we met, we really appreciate the care and kindness.

This is our favorite urgent care to take our 4 year old to. They are so good with kids. Dr. Kane is an amazing doctor & the nurses are very friendly. Sometimes the wait can be long when you're a walk-in, but it's a small place and they can only move people so quickly. When there's not many people though, we are usually in and out in 30 mins.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Im 39 weeks pregnant and have a very violent cough so I went to this location to get checked out on Saturday 11/16. The doctor and nurse refused to listen to any of my concerns, they just swabbed me for strep and covid. Negative for both, and just gave me a paper for a sore throat, when I tried to explain my symptoms to that and urge them to help me because I knew it was more than a cold. They dismissed me and sent me on my way. Fast forward to a few days later, Tuesday 11/19, I can barely breathe, cough has severely worsened and I went to another urgent care who took care of me right away after listening to my concerns. I have bronchitis and they are prescribing me what i need to feel better. Had the doctor at Grandview (Dirienzo) taken the time to care about my concerns, I would have been on my way to feeling better earlier. I am never going here again, they do not care about their patients.Update: I went to the ER on 11/20 and turns out i have pneumonia. If I would have listened to Grandview and Dirienzo, me or my babys health were severely at risk all because they dismissed me and they were too busy. There is no way they saw nothing when they checked my throat and ears but three days later, Liberty Urgent Care saw tons of fluid in my ears and a swollen throat when I was sick as a dog as well on Saturday. Do not go to this Urgent Care!!!

For being sick... I had a phenomenal experience. The entire staff from start to finish was fantastic. Dr. Kane is a breathe of fresh air, very attentive, explained things well, and answered questions respectfully. He truly cares about his patients and what he does.If I'm ever in need of care while in PA again, I would go there without a doubt.

This is a great urgent care. My insurance charges me $10 more because itu2019s out of network but itu2019s worth the money. Iu2019ve had two recent visits and experienced friendliness and efficiency each time. Dr. Kane stitched my finger so well 2 months ago that I barely have a scar.
