There were some of the best nurses I sprained my finger and they almost instantly got me into a room. It took about five minutes, maybe three and I got into the x-ray room almost instantly too. They are so quick. I would recommend five stars. One of the best urgent cares out there. Great service quick Responses they ask if thereu2019s any questions or concerns if you ever have a kid or if youu2019re ever sick or if your kid like breaks a bone or something one of the best places you have to go here

5 stars is hardly enough praise to give this place. Friendly staff, as soon as I finished filling out the patient paperwork we were ready to be seen. Brought my 5 year year old and discovered her issues promptly. In and out in thirty minutes or less on a Saturday afternoon. They were really great with my daughter making her comfortable, being easy and understanding , and offering a popsicle. Thanks to A+ staff at an A+ facility . Never again will I bring my daughter anywhere else but here for urgent care needs , I traveled 1 hour and 43 miles to come here and I would do it again in a heartbeat, thanks gray urgent care for doing your best which exceeded my expectations.

I took my son there this morning and they listened to my concern and we were ablenTo be in and out.nHaving been a teacher, I know that strep can present as tummy ache and mentioned that along with the drooling my 3 year old was doing. They did a strep test and he was positive. Poor kiddo.nThe staff were awesome. I highly recommend this urgent care over some of the others in the area.

I went to Gray Urgent Care in November to have my neck and throat looked at after an assault to make sure nothing was seriously damaged ( I had a swollen neck and no voice ) and to also have it documented. They really didn't do much; they just felt my neck and told me to gargle water and other things to keep me comfortable. When I mentioned the medical documentation part to the nurse (police recommendation), she told me that it wasn't proof that it happened and that my injuries were caused by it. I was shocked; what an insensitive and awful thing to say to an assault victim. I couldn't believe it, and honestly, it felt like between the evaluation and what the nurse said, they minimized not only my injuries ( which turned out to be worse) but also what I went through. I would hope in the future, the staff will have more training and awareness about dealing with domestic assault victims. The experience is one I won't forget, and was just really disappointing.
