I had an excellent experience at this doctor's office. The staff was warm and welcoming, and Terin was incredibly attentive and caring. My toddler daughter had an awful cough and was sick for weeks, I took her to the emergency room in Logan because her breathing was scary, for them just to tell me it was viral and there was nothing they could do. My daughter continued to get worse and I was desperate for her to get better so I ended up here.nnTerin cared enough to swab her throat and run tests, she ended up with multiple bacterial infections that were treatable. Less than 24 hours the next day being on the medication she was prescribed, she was finally her happy self again. Great Basin is also extremely affordable compared to other urgent cares in the valley and you get to support a small family business rather than a big corporation that will never care about you. I will forever recommend them to everyone.

I came in one a whim one day because they offered a test I needed, and quickly realized this place is not like the other urgent care places, Chris and Terin are attentive and personable and care. Very little wait time too. Since that initial visit, I have been back many times and my kids like it there too because we get great care there. Wonu2019t go anywhere else.

Love this urgent care so much! I was referred by my sister and hands down the best and most personable service we have ever had. I have small kids and take them here too. You can trust them, they are so kind, and most importantly they have integrity! I always walk away feeling confident in our treatment and if we ever have questions we can call!
