I brought my dad here to be evaluated for shoulder pain. The staff was super friendly and caring, they treated my dad very well. They were also very quick and efficient. Although they do not perform x-rays on site, they gave my dad an order for a x-ray and got the results back to us promptly. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Honestly the MOST ghetto medical establishment I have ever encountered! Scheduled a work physical for my job through a third party in which I later found out they only accept the payment if its a drug screen. First day, I had an appointment and was told I would need to provide my immunizations to show proof of not having communicable diseases. I'm an LPN and have had many work physicals and never been asked to provide copies of immunization records. I didn't have them so I left after getting pissed off and stated I would return the following Monday. I had worked a 12 hour shift the night before so my patience was thin. Get there on Monday and walk in and immediately walk into another NP sitting at the front desk chatting about her weekend and what employee had called out for the 9th or 10th time...all while a gentleman in front of me waited to be checked in. I get checked in and let them know that my appointment was prepaid, I just needed the physical. The NP states I need to pay again because they do not accept payment from Mobile Health for physicals, but they do collect payment for drug screens and that I would need to call Mobile Health to get my refund. I took back all of my documents and left, called Mobile Health and got my refund. Got an appointment 15 minutes later at a clinic in Kroger with no hesitation.

My daughter had to come here for a work physical for her employer. The employer paid for her physical. The staff then charged me another $75 for the Dr. on staff to sign her school work permit. Per the staff these were two different things. Even the nurse seemed confused on why I was being charged. She kept trying to question it and they kept making noises for her to zip it. How can you charge for two physicals? She didnu2019t see the Dr. two different times. The Dr. didnu2019t do two different physicals. Appears to be double dipping. Iu2019m a nurse and have worked in a Drs office we never charged twice. I also will be notifying my daughteru2019s employer of said incident. Otterbein may want to rethink sending any of their staff here in the future. Also front receptionist was rude and abrasive to other patients in the waiting room. I will be looking into who else I can call to make sure this is even legal. My dtr did say the Dr. was nice though.

Only because had to give 1 they scam you out of your money don't properly inform you of anything before service is rendered charge you then told they can't complete/sign off and refuse to refund charge you again
