Will never step a toe back in this place. I told them I was have stomach problems , cramping and needed a note for work the next morning, doctor told me u201cwhyu2026 well whatever itu2019s your pay check not mineu201d. excuse you. Youu2019re not experiencing my pain. Lady was nothing but disrespectful. Walked in the room like she didnu2019t wanna be there. Find a new job if you hate yours.

I loved the staff nurse, front desk manager, anthe doctor she was very thorough. I didn't wait long at all. I will be switching to this doctor office.

Seriously, one person in waiting room when I arrived with a bleeding hand, all i needed was a couple stitches, one hour and twenty minutes AFTER I was in the room, the dr skipped my room for the third time. SERIOUSLY?!?! This isn't the first time I had an experience similar a couple weeks ago. Enough! Step it up Great Lakes!!!

I knew I was in the wrong place almost immediately. Definitely will not go back. I encourage you to find a more suitable doctor's office. This place is a racket, not a doctors office. How is this place still liscensed?

The nurses and office staff were dismissive. Came in for severe lower back pain. Had trouble walking and moving in general. Made me get up multiple times and walk over to their desk to complete all of their paperwork, come to find out the doctor wasnu2019t even there and then was told (after waiting 45 minutes) it would be another 45 minutes at least because the doctor was dealing with an emergency at the hospital (not on site), so I could not be seen unless I waited additional time. Ended up being a waste of time and paper work. Went to a different urgent care and got treated. First and last time visiting this office.
