* Self check inn* Comforting staffnI went in 2 days ago to be seen. The facility was clean and fully staffed. Linda was very gentle and patient and the CNP Dawn was polite, quick, and accommodating which is exactly what you want and need when youu2019re not feeling your best. Also the MA let me swab myself for a Covid and Flu test which definitely eased my anxiety.nI will use this urgent care again and recommend it to others.

Amazing! My doctor was Sabrina and she was so attentive and understanding of my concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The receptionist who checked me in and the nurse who took my vitals were amazing also.

First visit for me today and could not be more pleased:) Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, prompt and courteous:) Everyone made me feel welcome and everyone was extremely respectful!!! Oh! And everything was super fast! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an Urgent Care that makes you feel comfortable and like you are their number one priority:)

At first they said that I had a copay of $50 yet I have Medicaid and Medicare. I went to pay they couldnu2019t break $100. Then the girl called her supervisor and I guess the new system is messing up. They tested me for Covid and the flu which came back negative. I thought they had an X-ray which they donu2019t. Iu2019m coughing up pus and anything I eat or drink goes straight through me. She did give me the z pack and a couple other prescriptions. I live in Norwalk so when I get home Iu2019ll go to Tiffin er. I hate that insurance make you go to urgent care instead of the er
