I cannot recommend this Mercy Urgent Care location enough! We have always had a great experience with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.nAshley and Danielle always go above and beyond for my kiddos. Popsicles, coloring pages, and suckers are always a favorite!nDanielle always makes sure to make kiddos feel comfortable and takes her time to explain what she is going to do, whether, it be vitals or an injection.nDr. Shalabe and Dr. Mo are two of our favorite providers and we are always glad to walk in and see that either of them are working that day. You are definitely in good hands at this Urgent Care location.

Ease of getting in was quick. The sign in process once arriving was very easy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff were very polite and friendly. I received a shot for muscle strain and Danielle, my nurse was very gentle and I never felt the needle. Danielle had a training assistant with her. Forgive me, I do not remember her name. However, she was very sweet and kind. Dr. Salable was very kind and explained everything in detail about my medical issue. He was very understanding and thorough about what I needed to do. I highly recommend this provider.

The mercy urgent care team were welcoming from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and all digital. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing medical history. The doctor explained my diagnosis in a way that I could understand, but it didnu2019t feel dumbed down for a non-medical worker.

Dr. Mo was great! He related so well to my 15 year old grandson. He was thorough in his exam and prescribed medication to help him. In addition he suggested strategies to implement at home to solve another medical issue. We will definitely return when we are in need of urgent care. It was an overall very positive experience.
