Not sure of the woman's name but, she's shorter with dark hair and glasses. I brought my two sons in to be seen due to Illness and right off the bat she was very rude! Raised her voice at us because we went the wrong direction for the room, and then once we were in the exam room and she was examining my son she demanded him to move his hair and when he didn't move it right she very roughly swiped it off his face. This isn't the first bad experience we've had with her. She should not be working around anyone with that bad of an attitude!

I really miss when Carrie the owner was there more. I was there Saturday tested, diagnosed and given Tamiflu. Today (Monday) I'm miserable went in asked for something for symptoms. I felt more scolded than helped. I was given a breathing treatment and told they werenprescribing steroids, abuterol for nebulizer, something for cough. Got to the pharmacy got two cough meds that the pharmacy said cannot be taken together because they are the same ingredient and id overdose on it. None of the other stuff. I wasted money today and I'm still miserable. Only the owner seems to really care but I rarely see her anymore. If they can't do better she should close it because they aren't helping people.

Here for a routine school physical and got here around 4:20. Itu2019s been an houru2026 and not only is it me and my hysterical 2 year old son, but also everyone else that had arrived before me. Whou2019s gone back in this entire hour ? Only two people here for Iu2019m assuming a work related drug test or physical. A not even 2 patient turnaround over an hour for an urgent care is pretty embarrassing.

Fast friendly they took cash as a payment they were even going to see me when their systems were down and couldn't use a credit card they were going to bill me later awesome people love them I'll be back
