About 4-5 weeks ago we had a pretty decent snow storm..I was cleaning snow of of my truck and I got extremely dizzy. My friends called an ambulance to pick me up. They were very helpful. At the hospital I was seen by a Doc once, for maybe ten minutes, ran several tests. Told it was probably vertigo and released. My friends and family called and requested the hospital let them know so I could be picked up. I'm here working had no idea if this hospital was even in the same town I was staying in. So at around 10:00 pm or so they released me during a snow storm would not call anyone for me.. Uber or anything..I did not have my phone with me. I walked about 1 1/2 miles and noticed I was next to the road my house was on. Thank the Lord. They have been very punctual and proficient with my bill tho. You cannot contact the hospital directly and all public relations can say is sorry... I will not EVER go back there for ANY reason. This is one of the first posts I've ever made but very much needed. Thank you

When we arrived in the emergency center there was absolutely no one in the lobby. it was like a desert town. my friend was screaming and crying in agony and when the woman at the desk came she was very nonchalant about to situation and it seemed like she didnu2019t want to help at all; as if my friends needing to go to the emergency room was a problem. Then when she is finally in a room she starts to say she canu2019t breathe so we looked outside the door for help and no one was at the desk, in the hall, nor was anyone willing to help. The service for an emergency room and staff of an emergency room is the poorest I have ever seen. The staff acts so nonchalant about any emergency it is disgusting!!!!! For a hospital the hospitality is absolutely atrocious!!! I want to give zero stars but it will not let me. If you come to Greene Memorial I hope you and treated with urgency, empathy, and respect, please advocate for yourself or make sure you have some to advocate for you. I do not recommend coming here if it a true emergency because you will be treated but the staff as if you are here to disturb them.

Really the best care by everyone! Food was delicious, room kept clean, kindness shared by everyone who came in my room. My call light was answered promptly and pain managed. Recommend to anyone who has to be in the hospital.

All of my nurses were great! And I was so glad that one nurse went up and above her supervisor to ask for a MRI for me. I'm glad she did too, because that MRI actually showed them that I did have a stroke. Because the Cat Scan wouldn't have shown that. So I give a special thanks to her while I was in the hospital. I was in the hospital from 6-22-24 thru 6-24-24. Right at about 2 full days and the nurses were great!! Thank you all so very much. You don't know how this made me feel to know that I had some super good nurses.
